We always start with 10 mins of static and dynamic warm ups! Then, depending on Fitness levels, the session comprises of high and low intensity phases. This is followed by a a warm down and stretching.

What is provided

  • Relevant equipment will be provided. Bring a towel, water and lots of energy!!
