TERMS AND CONDITION These are the Terms & Conditions Governing the Decathlon CSM Weekly Challenges (the “Activity”) at Decathlon CSM Store (“the Participating Store”). Activity Period 1. The Activity shall run on 10 August 2025 from 9.30am to 10.30am. All participants are required to come earlier at 9.15am for registration and safety briefing. Eligibility 2. You will qualify for the Activity (as a “Participant”) if: a. You are a Decathlon Member and you have registered your email and mobile number; Activity Mechanics 3. Each eligible Participant will be given a $5 Gift Card at the end of the event. 4. The Participant must approach a teammate at the Participating Store to indicate their interest in participating in the Activity, and fill in the Decathlon Sports Events - T&Cs Form. 5. The Gift Card is strictly not refundable and cannot be replaced or exchanged, even if lost, damaged or expired. 6. The prizes are strictly not exchangeable for cash. 7. Decathlon Singapore reserves the right to substitute or replace the gift card with any other item at its sole discretion without notice to any person. 8. If any Participant is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Activity or to receive the gift card, Decathlon reserves the right to forfeit or withdraw the gift card at any time. General 10. The eligibility of any Participant to participate in the Activity and/or receive the gift card to be determined at the absolute discretion of Decathlon Singapore. 11. Decathlon Singapore reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Activity or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person and the dates of the Activity. 12. Decathlon Singapore shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Activity, or any product and/or service relating to the Activity. Notwithstanding anything herein, Decathlon Singapore shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Activity, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Activity, by any person. 13. Decathlon Singapore’s decisions on all matters relating to the Activity shall be final and binding on all Participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Decathlon Singapore. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Activity, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 14. Decathlon Singapore shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any person in connection with the Activity howsoever arising, including any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any system or equipment, or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post or in transmission, or any codes not being successfully redeemed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or fulfilment failure of any kind by its partners 15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each Participant in the Activity irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 16. By participating in this Activity, the Participant hereby agrees and consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Decathlon Singapore for the purposes of managing and administering the Activity, for promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the Activity or for Decathlon Singapore in general, and such other related purposes, in accordance with Decathlon Singapore’s Privacy Policy.
