Cardio Training Beginner, Confirmed, Advanced Starting from 16 years old

Join Backkickers for circuit training every Monday Participants will practice their psychomotor control to improve running efficiency through a variety of dynamic running drills and plyometric; hopping, bouncing, etc. This is followed by a series of functional exercises using a circuit training format for strengthening and conditioning purposes. The concept behind this session is to strengthen running muscles to minimize injury, Note: From July onwards, we will be preparing runners for events in the Q3-Q4. 7-8pm: Run along Park Connector 8-9pm: Circuit Training Disclaimer: In the event of wet weather, the session will be cancelled.
