Weightlifting Beginner, Confirmed, Advanced Adults (over 18 years old)
WEEK 1: ABT (Abs, Butts, Thighs) Exercises will mainly focus on conditioning your abs, butts and thighs. WEEK 2: PLYO WORKS Exercises will focus on speed and power to execute different movements. This will help you improve your performance and ability to do different exercises. WEEK 3: Cardio HVIT Exercises will help increase cardiovascular endurance. WEEK 4: Muscular Endurance Exercises will focus on building muscular endurance for different body parts. WEEK 5: Crispy Core Exercises will mainly focus on conditioning your core. WEEK 6: Upper Power The main focus of this class is upper body conditioning. Exercises can be modified based on individual's physical abilities and health conditions.
