Punggol Northshore Community 4 km run

We'll start off with a 10 minute warm-up, a relaxed pace 4 km run where we will start off at Northshore Plaza, move on to the PCN, u-turn at Coney Island west gate , return back to Northshore Plaza and will end off with a cooling down session. The aim of this community run is for fostering physical health , mental well-being and social connection. Community runs are designed to bring together individuals of all abilities - from beginners to seasoned athletes - to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Running in a group becomes a social and engaging activity rather than just a workout. it will also be a source of motivation to sign up for local road run races to fulfill a sense of personal achievement. For someone who is an ex-national long distance runner , community runs are really motivating and injects a boost of self confidence into us. I have kicked off 2 Running interest groups within Punggol District and the response is really well-received. Every week residents are so excited to turn up for these runs.
