On the surface, football sessions for kids can be seen as a way to get kids moving. While this is true, our sessions are planned so that kids are provided with sessions that fulfil their needs and deliver developmentally appropriate and progressive sessions in a positive and effective way. Our sessions will ensure that kids are inspired to be lifelong learners with key takeaways on values and principles that can be used both on and off the pitch. Get GungHo Football Programme Overall Goals Get Gungho's child-centered coaching approach requires a commitment on behalf of the coach to embrace a natural starting point in development for each player. The coach's role is not to create parity (all players are the same), but to nurture them to a level consistent with their individual commitment, attitude, enthusiasm, and talent. To ensure participation in football is enjoyable for players, adults, parents, and coaches need to embrace and work with the development characteristics, and not against them.
